Definitions
Key terms used throughout this agreement
1.1"Platform" shall mean the website operated under the name BattleHub FF, accessible at https://battlehubff.site.
1.2"Operator" shall mean the individual managing and operating the Platform, namely Shivam.
1.3"User / Participant" shall mean any individual who accesses, registers on, or participates in tournaments hosted on the Platform.
1.4"Tournament" shall mean any esports competition organized or facilitated through the Platform.
1.5"Participation Fee" shall mean the amount paid by a User to participate in a Tournament.

Acceptance of Terms
Legally binding agreement upon use of the platform
2.1These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Platform.
2.2By accessing, registering, paying any Participation Fee, or participating in any Tournament, the User unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms, along with all policies published on the Platform.
2.3If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Nature of the Platform
Skill-based esports — not gambling or betting
3.1BattleHub FF operates as an independent, privately managed, skill-based esports tournament platform.
3.2The Platform does not provide gambling, betting, wagering, or chance-based games.
3.3All Tournament outcomes are determined solely by player skill, strategy, and in-game performance.
3.4The Platform does not guarantee any income, winnings, or profits to Users.

Geographical Restriction
Platform operations restricted exclusively to India
4.1The Platform is intended exclusively for Users located in India.
4.2Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Eligibility
Minimum age 18 years — minors strictly prohibited
5.1Only Users who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in paid Tournaments.
5.2Users must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
5.3Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in paid Tournaments.

User Registration & Account
One account per user — duplicate accounts prohibited
6.1Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
6.2Each User is permitted only one account on the Platform.
6.3Creation of multiple or duplicate accounts shall result in immediate termination and disqualification, without refund.
6.4The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of policy violations.

Skill-Based Competition Declaration
No element of chance — purely skill-determined outcomes
7.1All Tournaments hosted on the Platform are purely skill-based.
7.2No element of chance or randomness determines Tournament outcomes.
7.3Participation in any Tournament does not assure or guarantee prizes.

Participation Fees
Service fees — not bets or wagers
8.1Participation Fees charged by the Platform are service and tournament management fees.
8.2Participation Fees do not constitute bets or wagers.
8.3Payment of a Participation Fee does not guarantee success, ranking, or prize winnings.

Tournament Rules
Rules published per tournament — binding upon all participants
9.1Each Tournament shall be governed by specific rules published on the Tournament details page.
9.2Such rules form an integral part of these Terms and are binding upon all Participants.
9.3Failure to comply with Tournament rules may result in disqualification.

Modification or Cancellation of Tournaments
Platform may modify, reschedule or cancel tournaments
10.1The Platform reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel Tournaments due to technical, operational, or administrative reasons.
10.2The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from such modifications or cancellations.

Prize Pool Declaration
Prize pools declared before tournament commencement
11.1Prize pools shall be declared prior to Tournament commencement.
11.2Prize distribution shall be subject to rule compliance and result verification.

Prize Distribution & Payouts
Manual UPI payouts within 24–72 hours after verification
12.1Prize payouts shall be processed manually via UPI.
12.2Payouts shall be initiated only after administrative verification.
12.3Typical payout timelines range between 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification.

No Guaranteed Earnings
Platform makes no representations of guaranteed profits
13.1The Platform makes no representation or warranty regarding guaranteed earnings or profits.
13.2Users participate entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Refunds & Cancellations
Governed by Refund & Cancellation Policy published on platform
14.1Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.
14.2These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Refund Policy.

Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy
Zero tolerance for hacks, cheats, mods or exploits
15.1Use of hacks, cheats, mods, scripts, or unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited.
15.2Emulator usage, account sharing, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited.

Disqualification & Penalties
Warnings, bans, forfeiture — all decisions final
16.1The Platform may impose warnings, disqualification, permanent bans, or prize forfeiture for violations.
16.2All enforcement decisions shall be final and binding.
17
User Conduct
No abusive, threatening or defamatory behaviour
17.1Users shall not engage in abusive, threatening, or defamatory conduct.
17.2Submission of false complaints may result in account termination.

User Responsibilities
Users responsible for own devices and connectivity
18.1Users are solely responsible for internet connectivity, devices, and game compatibility.
18.2The Platform shall not be responsible for User-side technical failures.

Limitation of Liability
Liability capped at participation fee paid for relevant tournament
19.1The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the Participation Fee paid by the User for the relevant Tournament.
19.2The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Platform provided on "as-is" and "as-available" basis
20.1The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
20.2No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property
All platform content owned by BattleHub FF
21.1All Platform content is owned by BattleHub FF.
21.2All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Not affiliated with Garena or any game publisher
22.1BattleHub FF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or any game publisher.

Termination of Access
Platform may terminate access for terms violations
23.1The Platform reserves the right to terminate User access for violations of these Terms.

Grievance Redressal
Raise complaints within 24 hours via email
24.1Users may submit grievances via email at helpbattlehub@gmail.com.
24.2Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant issue.

Governing Law
Governed by laws of India
25.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts
26.1Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond reasonable control
27.1The Platform shall not be liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.

Amendments & Entire Agreement
Continued use constitutes acceptance of any amendments
28.1These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Platform.
28.2The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
