1.1 “Platform” shall mean the website operated under the name BattleHub FF, accessible at https://battlehubff.site. 1.2 “Operator” shall mean the individual managing and operating the Platform, namely Shivam. 1.3 “User” / “Participant” shall mean any individual who accesses, registers on, or participates in tournaments hosted on the Platform. 1.4 “Tournament” shall mean any esports competition organized or facilitated through the Platform. 1.5 “Participation Fee” shall mean the amount paid by a User to participate in a Tournament.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Platform. 2.2 By accessing, registering, paying any Participation Fee, or participating in any Tournament, the User unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms, along with all policies published on the Platform. 2.3 If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

3.1 BattleHub FF operates as an independent, privately managed, skill-based esports tournament platform. 3.2 The Platform does not provide gambling, betting, wagering, or chance-based games. 3.3 All Tournament outcomes are determined solely by player skill, strategy, and in-game performance. 3.4 The Platform does not guarantee any income, winnings, or profits to Users.

4.1 The Platform is intended exclusively for Users located in India. 4.2 Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

5.1 Only Users who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in paid Tournaments. 5.2 Users must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. 5.3 Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in paid Tournaments.

6.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. 6.2 Each User is permitted only one account on the Platform. 6.3 Creation of multiple or duplicate accounts shall result in immediate termination and disqualification, without refund.6.4 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of policy violations.

7.1 All Tournaments hosted on the Platform are purely skill-based. 7.2 No element of chance or randomness determines Tournament outcomes. 7.3 Participation in any Tournament does not assure or guarantee prizes.

8.1 Participation Fees charged by the Platform are service and tournament management fees. 8.2 Participation Fees do not constitute bets or wagers. 8.3 Payment of a Participation Fee does not guarantee success, ranking, or prize winnings.

9.1 Each Tournament shall be governed by specific rules published on the Tournament details page. 9.2 Such rules form an integral part of these Terms and are binding upon all Participants. 9.3 Failure to comply with Tournament rules may result in disqualification.

10.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel Tournaments due to technical, operational, or administrative reasons. 10.2 The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from such modifications or cancellations.

11.1 Prize pools shall be declared prior to Tournament commencement. 11.2 Prize distribution shall be subject to rule compliance and result verification.

12.1 Prize payouts shall be processed manually via UPI. 12.2 Payouts shall be initiated only after administrative verification. 12.3 Typical payout timelines range between 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification.

13.1 The Platform makes no representation or warranty regarding guaranteed earnings or profits. 13.2 Users participate entirely at their own discretion and risk.

14.1 Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform. 14.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Refund Policy.

15.1 Use of hacks, cheats, mods, scripts, or unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited. 15.2 Emulator usage, account sharing, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited.

16.1 The Platform may impose warnings, disqualification, permanent bans, or prize forfeiture for violations. 16.2 All enforcement decisions shall be final and binding.

17.1 Users shall not engage in abusive, threatening, or defamatory conduct. 17.2 Submission of false complaints may result in account termination.

18.1 Users are solely responsible for internet connectivity, devices, and game compatibility. 18.2 The Platform shall not be responsible for User-side technical failures.

19.1 The Platform’s total liability shall not exceed the Participation Fee paid by the User for the relevant Tournament. 19.2 The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

20.1 The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 20.2 No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

21.1 All Platform content is owned by BattleHub FF. 21.2 All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.

22.1 BattleHub FF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or any game publisher.

23.1 The Platform reserves the right to terminate User access for violations of these Terms.

24.1 Users may submit grievances via email at helpbattlehub@gmail.com. 24.2 Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant issue.

25.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

26.1 Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

27.1 The Platform shall not be liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.

28.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Platform. 28.2 The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
